NativePay v2.2 Is Here
We shipped a significant update today. Version 2.2 of the NativePay app is now available on both iOS and Android, and it includes improvements we've been working on based directly on user feedback over the past two months.
Here's a breakdown of everything that's new.
Redesigned Home Screen
The home screen now shows your total portfolio value front and center, with individual asset breakdowns just one scroll away. We've added a quick-action bar at the bottom for Send, Receive, Swap, and Pay — the four things you do most often.
The new design reduces the number of taps to get anything done. If you've been frustrated by how buried some features felt in previous versions, this update is for you.
Faster Swap Execution
Swapping tokens is now significantly faster. We've optimized our routing engine to find the best prices across multiple liquidity pools in parallel, which means you get better rates and faster confirmations.
We've also added a "swap preview" screen that shows you exactly what you'll receive before you confirm — no more surprises at the end.
Improved Transaction History
Transaction history was one of the most-requested improvements. The new history screen shows:
- Pending, confirmed, and failed transactions clearly labeled
- Transaction fees broken down separately
- Searchable history by token or date
- Export to CSV for record-keeping
Bug Fixes and Performance
Beyond the headline features, we fixed a handful of annoying bugs:
- Fixed an issue where the QR code scanner would freeze on some Android devices
- Resolved a display bug where negative balances appeared after failed transactions
- Improved startup time by approximately 40%
- Fixed push notifications not appearing on iOS 18
What's Coming in v2.3
We're already deep into work on v2.3. The headline feature will be staking — you'll be able to stake NTK directly from the app and earn rewards without leaving. We're also working on a contacts system so you can save frequent recipients by name instead of address.
